RETURNS: 
All orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns or exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled. If you have any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Info@caposcents.com 
TRACKING: 
Please allow a few days for tracking to update. Soon as we print out your shipping label, you'll immediately receive your tracking. 
EMAILS/ ADDRESS CHANGES:
Make sure your email address and address is correct. If you don't update your shipping address or email before an order is shipped, and your order has been shipped, we're not responsible. We're NOT responsible for wrong email address or mailing addresses. 
PACKAGES:
If you haven't received your order, but it says that it has been delivered, please reach out to USPS or UPS about your order. Caposcents is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
You have (4) days to check over your order and reach out to us about any issues. Anything after that, we're not responsible.
We are closed on the weekends.
